The National Quality Framework (NQF) provides a national approach to regulating the quality of early childhood education and care and outside school hours care services across Australia, and guides your work supporting children’s development and learning.

The 2019 NQF Review aims to ensure that the National Quality Framework remains current and continues to lift the quality of practice, and you’re invited to share your experiences and expertise to inform government decision making.

Feedback provided during the first round of 2019 NQF Review consultations has been used to develop the options detailed in the Consultation Regulation Impact Statement (CRIS).

We will soon be seeking your feedback on the 2019 NQF Review Consultation Regulation Impact Statement (CRIS). In the meantime, feel free to familiarise yourself with the CRIS. To help you do this, we have created a number of videos that walk you through each of the issues in the CRIS which we are seeking your feedback on.
